We want you to love your earth-first essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. Every return helps us continue our mission of planting ten trees for every item purchased.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
